Discussion about Law Enforcement issues and mindset. (Yes, Bill’s audio is horrible). When I was trying to figure out our format, early on we tried a structure that is much closer to what we do now – SITREP. Focused discussions versus the then scattered random discussions without direction ModCasts. I’m slowly getting the old stuff edited and rereleased. …and Bill’s audio absolutely sucked.
