Dude, 8/8 is a horrible twist rate, especially on an SPR type magnified build. For those of you with poor math skill: 8/8 equals one.

My do all gun. Its currently our shop gun sitting around waiting to put in work on some of these shady looking cats in our area.
HK416 14.5in upper with pinned/welded Battlecomp BC1.5. I have tried a lot of stuff over the years, the battlecomp is where i spend i money now. Geissele Rail, Knights armament Folding Micro Rear Sight, 200-600 Meter Adjustable with matching KAC folding front micro sight. I run the surefire M620 Vampire Scout light, its off the gun waiting on new switchologly before being reinstalled. Older Aimpoint 4MOA T-1 in HK height Larue mount. Hand polished BCM gunfighter medium latch charging handle (i do this to all of my personal guns as it REALLY slicks the fuckers up and aids in cold weather operation when i cant run a little lube on it) .I removed the HK firing pin blocking safety lever doohickey so it would play nice with the Geissele SSA trigger in the lower. Ive got around 8k rounds through it.
Lower reciever is a Noveske with a Colt lower parts kit, Geissele SSA trigger with KNS precision Gen II non rotating hammer and trigger pin set. Yes im aware that Geissele does not recommend you use them. Apparently im the only guy in the history of the AR platform that has ever worn out multiple AR lower recievers from shooting them and or broken (at last count) 7 sets of properly installed standard trigger and hammer pins. Im not a smart man..but i can recognize a pattern when it develops. The kns pins go in my fuckin guns. Lower currently has 33k rounds on it (i had money and then i got married). 25.5k with the current SSA/KNS magic. Stock is the superb Magpul UBR with polished reciever extension and the HK 416 buffer and spring. 60 round Surefire mag because fuck reloading. BFG VCAS sling of awesomeness. Tango down grip. Its a baaaad mama jammer. Currently on its 4th coat of krylon.
I am neither a piston fanboy or an HK groupie. I got a VERY good deal on that upper or i wouldnt have bought it. I was sitting at my desk pricing components to rebuild my teaching upper. I had shot out three Noveske recon barrels in 11 months and got a phone call on this joker, it was $150.00 more than what i was gonna buy to build a new upper so i gave it a shot. HK hit a home run with these bastards. Its worth every penny.
