Recognizing A Multi-faceted Approach
An effective defense does not end in the purchase of a firearm. It is a continual process which requires focus, study, and investment. Many buy a firearm and think they are prepared. Their firearm collects dust while put away or collects lint while carried- but rarely trained with.
Closed minded people who don’t understand the value of relevant and current training through a reputable and vetted instructor dont comprehend the benefits of staying sharp. Range trips alone won’t help improvement or refinement of your skill. Other resources and influences are needed to help hone your ability.
Mindset alone does not make up for lack of skill or quality tools.
Weapons and accessories alone are not providing a complete solution for self defense.
Those who excel at this concept never stop training, never stop learning, and never stop seeking better – even with equipment. This is no different from any skill, talent, or sport.
