Howdy...long ago W-EMT (recently re-cert WFR), ex-French Army (certain unit that speaks French with accents and lots of curse words), playing around the world as a remote medic, PSD medic, and security consultant.

Same username as on LF. Just recently found out about this forum and wanted to check it out. Thanks for letting me in.

Here to learn and expand my horizons. As the indomitable Pat Rogers (RIP) once said, "If we don't evolve, we stagnate and become irrelevant. I refuse to do that."

Hello, got the invite hand delivered:D so...here to listen. Six years full-time patrolman. Made the switch to Fire Dept, now FF/PM. Grew up with High Power service rifle shooters and reloaders where 600yd come-ups was dinner conversation. Thanks for letting me learn here.

I'm a welding guy specialized in laser applications. Working from upfront R&D on new processes in the lab through launching systems on the shop floor and training our plant guys. Based out of Detroit, I work throughout the NAFTA region - been living in central Mexico on a project for most of this year.

I'm a novice here to learn and observe as I progress into this world. I do some coaching and higher end activity in the paddlesports world. I'm looking to get into this as a novice to help with some of my teaching on the other side of the fence, and have some fun more importantly, as each progress over time. From everything I've read and listened to so far, this an amazing wealth of knowledge.

Thanks for having me.

Former Police Officer/Deputy, currently a contractor supporting LE training courses for DHS...and since it looks like funding will be cut, very likely heading back to an Academy in the new year to return to patrol or similar. Skulked over from LF.

I work for two companies as a strategic spatial intelligence adviser to agencies, orgs, companies, and specialized units working in hostile and austere environments. I've been added to the FB group for a while now, so I thought this would be the perfect companion piece. I recognize several colleagues on here already. The P&S world is a tiny it seems.

I also run a blog (which hasn't been updated for a while) where I review shit that bad ass dads like me would need.
