Professional Biography
Jon Sercan is a retired United States Army Master Sergeant, special-operations veteran, tactical-equipment specialist, and founder of O P Tactical Inc. (OPT). He established the company in 2003 while still serving in the Army and operated it largely in absentia beginning in 2004. After retiring in 2016, he transitioned to working at OPT full time.
Sercan’s military experience and later business work placed him at the intersection of operational requirements, equipment evaluation, and distribution.
