Firearms Industry Engineer | Technical Advisor & Industry Supporter
Richard “Dick” Lichon is an engineer whose work with Trijicon combines firearms sight development with practical shooting experience. His background includes research and development engineering management, and he is a named co-inventor on Trijicon’s “Tritium Fiber Iron Sight” patent, granted in 2022.
Beyond engineering, Lichon has participated in competitive shooting with Team Trijicon and helped facilitate shooting opportunities for engineering personnel, connecting product development with experience using equipment on the range.
Within the Primary & Secondary network, Lichon has provided technical advice and industry support. His contributions bring an engineering perspective to equipment discussions and help connect P&S with the industry knowledge behind the products its community uses.
