Professional Biography
Buck Pierson is Chief Executive Officer of Staccato 2011, a firearms-industry executive, and a United States Marine Corps veteran. He became Staccato’s sole CEO in August 2026 after serving as co-CEO beginning in July 2024.
Pierson joined Staccato in 2018 and helped develop the company’s customer base and law-enforcement relationships. Staccato’s 2024 leadership announcement credits him with leading collaboration with law-enforcement departments during development of the original Staccato P, building sales across law-enforcement, civilian, and government channels, and assuming responsibility for product development in 2023.
Before joining Staccato, Pierson served 15 years in the Marine Corps and later worked at U.S. Ordnance in manufacturing, training, and sales-support roles. His career combines military experience with firearms manufacturing, institutional sales, product development, training, and executive leadership.
