Current role: President, Langdon Tactical Technology
Primary areas: Business development, operations, sales, strategic partnerships, brand development, firearms education, and competitive athletics
Professional Biography
Aimee Langdon is the President of Langdon Tactical Technology (LTT), a firearms-industry executive, business-development professional, competitive athlete, and educator. Her work has helped expand LTT from a company closely identified with Ernest Langdon’s individual firearms expertise into a larger organization with broader products, partnerships, distribution, and educational resources.
Langdon joined LTT in 2017 and was appointed President in August 2024. The company’s current leadership page continues to identify her in that role. Her professional background includes more than 18 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, communications, operations, and global team leadership across the shooting and robotics industries.
She earned a bachelor’s degree in strategic communication from the University of Minnesota School of Journalism and an MBA from the University of St. Thomas. That education supports a role extending beyond conventional advertising. Strategic communication requires an organization to understand its identity, audiences, products, partnerships, and long-term objectives—and to ensure those elements reinforce rather than contradict one another.
At LTT, Langdon’s documented contributions include strengthening dealer and channel relationships, developing strategic alliances, expanding national sales, supervising operations, and supporting the company’s continued growth. Those responsibilities complement Ernest Langdon’s better-known work in firearms instruction, gunsmithing, competitive shooting, and product development.
The distinction matters. Technical excellence alone does not create a durable company. Specialized knowledge must be supported by production, staffing, sales, distribution, customer service, communication, and partnerships. Aimee Langdon’s work centers on building and managing the organizational structure that allows LTT’s technical expertise to reach more people consistently.
During her time with the company, LTT has expanded beyond its longstanding work with Beretta pistols into additional handgun, shotgun, rifle, component, and suppressor programs involving several manufacturers. It has also developed a larger educational presence addressing firearm selection, everyday carry, training, fitness, mindset, and responsible ownership.
Langdon contributes direct user experience as well. She is an accomplished Tactical Games competitor, with four first-place finishes in the Women’s Elite division and a second-place finish at Tactical Games Nationals documented by LTT. Her athletic background also includes national baton competition, service as a feature twirler at the University of Minnesota, and multiple CrossFit training certifications.
This combination gives her a perspective that spans executive decision-making, customer communication, physical performance, equipment selection, and participation in shooting competition. She is not separated from the products and activities the company serves.
Through LTT’s public educational efforts, Langdon has also addressed firearm fit, selecting equipment for an individual user, everyday carry, fitness, and helping newer shooters enter the firearms world without unnecessary intimidation. Her approach recognizes that there is no universal firearm or carry system suitable for every person. Hand size, strength, experience, lifestyle, and intended use all matter.
P&S Connection
Aimee Langdon’s place in the Extended P&S Network reflects the importance of organizational leadership within the firearms community. Knowledgeable instructors, gunsmiths, and product developers can create excellent work, but business systems determine whether that work remains available, supportable, and capable of reaching a national audience.
Her combination of executive leadership, shooting experience, athletic performance, and accessible consumer education also complements P&S’s emphasis on matching equipment and training to real users rather than relying on status, fashion, or one-size-fits-all recommendations.
