UTM/SIM/FonF ammo/conversion kit Compatibility?

Anyone have info or a comprehensive list of the compatibility of conversion kits/blue bolts and ammo among the big 3 simunition companies? Did a search and was not able to find anything on the inter-webs specifically related to this issue:
1. From my research it appears that the UTM/FonF ammo is superior to Simunitions, but what about the conversion kits/blue bolts? Is there a major difference between them?
2. What ammo is compatible with which conversion kit (I believe you can use UTM and FonF ammo in a SIM conversion, but not the other way around), and what is the best combo for reliability?
3. Will Glock 17T work with UTM and FonF?

UTM and sim are not compatible with each other. UTM is rimfire and Sim is centerfire. completely different barrels and conversion kits. Use only the manufacturer's recommended ammo. G17T will work with either system once you convert the barrel & firing pin (UTM).

But you can use FonF ammo in Sim conversions, correct? So Sim and FonF are both centerfire?

Never used FonF stuff. Can't speak about it.

In 5.56 conversion bolts/kits, Sim bolts will work with both Sim and FoF ammo. FoF bolts will only work with FoF ammo. The bolt face is slightly smaller on FoF bolts and the Sim case heads won't seat.
