Open carry proponents

Are there any reputable instructors out there recommending open carry for the off duty Leo/ everyday citizen? Didn't find anything upon searching, I'm not looking for a debate on open vs ccw. I'm looking for links(if any exist) of reputable people advocating OC over CC in the interest of an article I'm writing.

Those that advocate it. I understand there a need for OC training (mil/Leo/security)

What would the difference be from those trainers who already teach .mil/police classes?

Like Chuck said, there is no major training difference as far as OC from a .mil/LE course. However you will be hard pressed to find a trainer who truly endorses OC alone. To me it's like sitting at a poker table with your cards backwards, why would you show your hand? Though I am for OC as a right, I'm not one to condone it as a common everyday practice on the street.
