Nixon Regulus

Does anyone have experience with the Nixon Regulus watch? They say they developed it with input from some navy seals, that it went through a few iterations of features and durability, and that it is tailored toward being simple and durable. I love the fact that it has a 5 year battery life, but I’m curious if anyone can attest to it actually being a solid hard use watch or if it’s all marketing and spin.

I just wore one through BCT and OCS and loved it. The buttons are big and easy to use, it doesn't have a ton of extra features, but it has all the essentials. The menus are really intuitive as are the displays. The only downsides are size (it's a little on the thick side) and the fact that the bezel is flush with the screen, so it gets scratched up a little easier. That being said, I didn't baby it at all and it's still going strong. Definitely worth a look.
