I'm looking to see if anyone has had first hand experience running a Trek T on a 14.5" midlength upper. I had the Trek T on an 11.5" SBR for a bit but just couldn't get past the significant gas blowback. Anything for than a 2-3 round string was uncomfortable to shoot. Being left handed exacerbated it, as I caught everything coming out of the ejection port right in the face. Also open to any suggestions for hardware solutions to the problem ( adjustable gas block, suppressed bolt carrier, ect ) as long as reliability isn't compromised.
