Agility/footwork drills

I played zero stick & ball sports as a kid, just running, and I'm looking for ways to lower my stage times. What agility/footwork drills or exercises can you guys recommend for IDPA/USPSA/3-Gun shooting? I feel like tennis and basketball (short bursts, quick starts/stops, relatively upright body position) can translate well to the action shooting sports.

“Call if and leave it” is a good drill to work on.

You can also do six reload six with movement during the reload. Just place two boxes ten feet apart.
