I’m a little surprised at Loudon but not at all at Fairfax. That place is damn near little DC.

I'm pretty sure he's worn through the bottom of his coffin by now.I'm sure Washington rolled over in his grave when Fairfax did that
I just noticed this part today.
“Assault firearm" includes any part or combination of parts designed or intended to convert, modify, or otherwise alter a firearm into an assault firearm, or any combination of parts that may be readily assembled into an assault firearm. "Assault firearm" does not include (i) a firearm that has been rendered permanently inoperable, (ii) an antique firearm as defined in § 18.2-308.2:2, or (iii) a curio or relic as defined in § 18.2-308.2:2.

If I’m understanding that correctly, it means possession of collapsible stocks and vertical fore grips would be charged as possession of an assault firearm.
Well the Virginia House has passed a number of bills:
Universal Background Check
Red Flag
Reporting of stolen firearms within 24hrs
Single Firearm Purchase per Month
Removal of State Preemption
Penalties for leaving a firearm accessible to a minor
Personal protective orders require a divestment of firearms for the duration of the order
At this point I’d say if it’s a law they can write- it’s a law that will get passed by the house.
