I had a good interaction with a vendor and just wanted to give them a thumbs-up for their great customer service. I'm not connected with them in any way. I just had a small issue so I called and the chief marketing officer answered. I thought that was odd but in the conversation he told me he has the 800 number ring at his desk so he will know about any customer service issue. You don't get good customer service much anymore. We don't mind letting it be known when it's bad so I thought I'd post a good one.
