Surefire Warcomp Release Date?

Does anyone have any sort of information on release date other that obtained from sites such SSD or JTT?

Dude that works at SF talking about the Surefire SFCT-556-1/2X28 and he had a short blurb about the warcomp so I believe it will be soon:

"We are programming the CNC's. I will find out more after our manufacturing meeting and give you a update. It won't be too long. I know the Warcomps are first on the priority and then the closed tine version."

I would imagine using a rod through one of the ports to tighten, or using the tines. interesting question.

Anybody laid hands on one of these yet? I'm trying to go through a Surefire dealer now to get one.
