Steiner scopes?

It's kind of a moot point now, given that I ordered a Steiner Military 5-25x56 with the MSR reticle on Monday, but has anyone here spent time behind one of them and if so, what did you think of it? There's no good way to cut corners on anything related to a .338LM and I figured a rifle that can send the good news out to/past a mile pretty much requires a top-shelf optic. FWIW, I bought a TRG-specific Spuhr mount so I'm not worried about bolting a solid scope into crappy rings...

Steiners are great glass. I'm in the process of building my .338 LM on a Surgeon action. I went with a Schmidt & Bender PM II 5-25 with a H37 reticle. I'm using a LaRue mount. What do you think of the Spuhr?
