Safariland 7300 series compatibility or Mods for a USP Expert pistol

Has anyone here used one of the 7300 ALS holsters to run an HK USP Expert? Is it possible to modify a 6300 or 7300 series holster to work? I understand their GLS Profit series will work but I want to stick to the ALS retention system.

Which one? 9/40 models have different dimensions than the .45 model.

Obviously I'm not OP but I've been looking at a USP9 tactical and want to do the same thing. I'd probably try to modify the rail so I can directly mount an X300U instead of getting an adapter.
