You know what makes a really nice muzzle weight to reduce flip? An X300U.

I find this interesting as I did some slo-mo analysis of my own and noticed this happening with my stock G19 RSA. It was causing me to miss high. Anyone know what the weight is on a standard G19 RSA and what weight I could switch to, to help eliminate this bouncing? I do find with an extra hard focus on the front sight I can pretty much solve the issue so it may just be my own internal software problem rather than a hardware problem. I can hear Bourneshooter standing behind me yelling "Front Sight, Front Sight, Front Sight".LOL I actually just purchased one on Ebay this morning...
Talking over (competition-wise) with Manny Bragg, he suggested I replace my G34 recoil spring with a 13#. He explained that the stock spring is snappy enough it actually drives the sights down when it returns to battery and causes a momentary dip/bounce back up to reacquire the sights for a second round. Doing some slow-mo analysis, we saw it was correct. I haven't gotten a 13#er yet. I need to figure out how that works as opposed to the contained RSA in a Glock.
Thanks for the link, just ordered one for my G17IIRC 17# is factory on the G34 and G17 while 18# is factory for G19. I run 13# recoil springs in all of my 9mm glocks (34, 17, 19) without any issues. Gen 3 non captive is no big deal, gen 4 non captive needs a bushing or a captured guide rod. I run this in a Gen 4 G19 NDZ Performance Stainless Steel Guide Rod Single Spring Assembly with 13lb ISMI Spring For GLOCK Gen 4 only (Stainless Steel Adapter) G17 17L 22 24 31 34 35 37 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00QSEF59S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_Uvulyb0FHBMQS
