I've been eyeing the Spiritus systems Micro Flight Chassis MK4 placard since you can change out the inserts and it holds it open for reasonably easy reinsertion of a partially used mag.
The other one on the short list for me is the ADAPT KTAR Front Flap it also has inserts to hold open the pouch for reinsertion.
The biggest deal right now is getting something that is in stock. We are in the silly season.
