Has anyone ever taken any training here? I don't know anyone that has but a co-worker told me about their website so I looked at it. The tuition is free, lodging is free if reserved early enough. I called and asked about a packing list because the course I was looking at mentioned sims. I can't get approval from my department without knowing exactly what I need and the person I spoke with said they are provided as well. I put in for the class, I guess I'm just trying to find out what to expect if anyone is familiar with it. Thanks in advance.

I have taken a couple courses from there. Their basic warrant service class was a good one, especially at that point in my career (I had like 2 years on the job at the time). It is a good resource for free training. The lodging is "dorm" style. You have a room to yourself though. First come first serve. It's not far from interstate 81, so there are other options to eat near by, specifically for dinner. Lunch options are less bc you didn't get a lot of time.

We send guys there. They have a good program, especially the Top Gun course. I don't think I've heard anything bad about it.

Not familiar with the top gun course. I'll have to look for that one too. I was looking at a narcotic warrant class primarily, but then again if it's good training and free I'm going to jump on it. Thanks for the responses.

Top gun is an immersion type course for running drug stuff from the ground up. Snitches, deals, surveillance etc. It's about a week long give or take.
