My Sheriff's Office is preparing for a big round of force-on-force training. We've had the tools for years but have been under-utilizing them. That is finally changing. We have UTM conversions for duty weapons and AR conversion bolts.
We have paintball face masks that are OK but not ideal, but my main question is about neck protectors. What is everyone running that they like for coverage and decent price? I see the UTM face mask ones on their website, but was wondering if there is a paintball type neck protector that is sufficient? Looking for guidance from force-on-force instructors or those that have gone through a lot of trainings on what works.
