Need pics of CONUS injuries commonly encountered by LEOs/EMS

I'm helping to rebuild our department's Self Aid/Buddy Aid powerpoint, and am trying to include photos of injuries described in the lesson plans so students have a good idea of what they're looking at when they see it on the street, with the intent of asking them how they would treat them, if necessary. I've got plenty of videos, but am also looking for photos. Examples - arterial GSWs/cuts, non-arterial GSWs/cuts, punctured lung by knife/GSW with indicative pink frothiness, GSWs with broken bones, amputations as a result of accidents, knife sticking out, etc. I imagine there's some kind of Emergency room/medical school photo repository, but I haven't been able to fine one. Any help is appreciated.
