You guys that are wondering about loctiting or vc3'ing your comps, might try rocksett. I use it on QD suppressor mounts and all things that get uber hot. From my understanding, its the same "hold"/"break point" as loctite 242 but has a muchhhh higher heat resistance. Where loctite melts at something like 300 degreeeish IIRC, rocksett will withstand temps up to 2100 deg. Maybe, worth a try?
