These are some good videos and interview with mostly Matt Wenning about training tactical athletes. A lot of this will go with the podcast about fitness. I bought Wenning's book on training tactical athletes. It has very good content about making progress without getting injured. The Tactical Strength and Conditioning conference videos are good too.
