Lightfighter Hacked?

I just logged into LightFighter and most of the script was in some kind of gook language. Did the Red heathen Chinese hack us?

If so, what will the US do about this?

Appears to be just one douchecanoe spamming all of the forums with a registry of different universities. Not exactly a complex attack or "hack".
