So I bought a .357 sig conversion barrel for my M&P and flat out ill admit. yeah its kinda dumb. I subscribe to the theory that everyone is allowed one pointless gun and one pointless caliber before you get hazed. Just wanting to know if anyone else plays around with a somewhat of an oddball caliber. or has any real world expierence with the .357 sig.

I had a Glock 33 for almost a half-hour until I realized that cartridge/platform was a complete shitshow and traded it for a G26 that made much more sense...

I wouldn't mind another G26 at some point (had to sell that one when I got short on cash...) for mag commonality with my G19/G34.

Baby glocks hurt my soul. I carry a 42 as a bug or when I shouldn't have a gun. So the 42 isn't really a gun it's just some kind of capability when I would otherwise be unarmed. I literally plan to contact shoot my opponent under the jaw while in the clinch, that's about all its good for in my opinion.

I won't carry a 26,27,or 23. Too much recoil to be run effeiently, I will dress to conceal the 19 because it is large enough to be run with near full size capability.

I carried a G27 as a backup to my G22 for years. I certainly had to pay more attention when shooting the 27. We recently switched to 9mm and I sold my 27. I have yet to replace it as I'm not sure that the mag interchangeability is that important. The baby glock is just not enough smaller than a the mid size guns to make it worth the trade off in shootability. I am thinking a 9mm shield may fit the spot a little better as both a back up and the gun I carry when I'm not carrying a real gun.

The .357Sig does work well against cars, and for plinking at coyotes at 100 yards, and such.
