Quantified Performance
Paul here. 18+ years Army CAV Scout, 3 years Active Component (10th Mtn/Ft. Drum), 15 years and counting with Iowa NG. Few deployments over the years. Got hooked on weapons/marksmanship after Squad Designated Marksman course in '06. Been extremely fortunate/blessed to head up the Iowa NG Marksmanship program since 2012(well close, 11 months break to get some platoon sergeant time). Made the All Guard International Combat team in 2015 and really had some great opportunities and met some amazing people.

Gave up my "regular 9-5" in Oct '17, which was being A/V installer/geek, to pursue my firearms/marksmanship instruction as my full time gig.

Glad to be here and looking forward to learning more.

Glad to be on board!

Ben here from North Dakota. Former leo, 3 years. Private armed security for just over 7 years now. Licensed EMT, volunteer fire fighter. Armed instructor, Tazer instructor, and handcuff/baton/mace/OC instructor for my security company.

I like to hunt and shoot competition every now and then. Been looking around the past few days, and lots of good and valuable info here! Glad to be around!

Mike, USBP and firearms enthusiast. I'm a relative newcomer to LE having come from a career in construction and a definite newb to the Less Lethal Instruction cert I just picked up. I've gained a lot of insight from the podcast and look forward to garnering all the knowledge and experience this forum has to offer.

Phill. Just a regular civilian. Ham radio, computer stuff. Always looking for ways to train smarter, not harder. I'm fragile and prone to injury so I don't get to train nearly as much as I'd like.

Name is Barry, currently USAF-ANG with the 106th Rescue Wing. I'm a Avionics Specialist on HC-130's and HH-60s. I'm a big firearms enthusiast but my state of NY makes it hard as hell to do that. Sadly all my AR-15's have cancer.

Jason McKinney, 9 years active LE, Field Training, Crime Suppression Unit, FDLE certified instructor, small business FFL-07 owner, 20 years shooting experience of various types. P&S follower since last year. Prior to LE I worked for JetBlue Airways for 5 years in quality control/assurance as a FAA qualified return to service inspector for flghtworthy electronic components.

Cheers folks.
