I like to use the double sided velcro strips, you can get a whole box of it for like $15-20 at Lowe's. They come in different widths, but I find the 1/2" works pretty well for routing in kit, and you can use any empty PALS as anchor points.

Thanks for the input Rick! If you have pictures to show what you mean in detail please feel free to share them. I'll be doing that myself as soon as I finish getting my kit moved to my new plate carrier (LBT)

Velcro One Wrap, pure gold. There's a pretty good thread on its use, on LF. It's light, cheap, versatile, and holds well enough but should break free before damaging anything it's attaching.

It comes in unbroken rolls for cutting to size

Individual ties that lock through themselves

Different colors for organizing where camouflage isn't a concern, or these can be spray painted to get a subdued color and retain management capabilities

My ruck always has a roll of 25 of the individual ties.

Here's a quick one on my PC, the black coiled one is for a hand mike, held by some coyote one wrap, the hydro tube is wrapped by the self locking velcro wraps that were mentioned above.

So I finally got around to taking some pictures with everything all fixed up the way I've been running it for the last 6 months. Worked very well during live fire training out at Irwin in August. Thanks to the guys that contributed the Velcro Onewrap idea, I keep a roll in my kit now.
