Books: Tracking/Trailing

Second John's book, It's a great resource. If you can swing it get out to one of his courses, it will clarify and make some of the things in the book more easy to grasp.

Pick up Kevin Kocher's tracking/trailing book. His technique and training has changed our whole program. We are now routinely getting hard surface apprehensions, excellent for scent specific and overall more focused dogs on odor.

I have some recommendations for bloodhound tracking, but you're probably looking for pointy ear recommendations. All the same, I am interested in what you find. Plz share if you find any gems :)
