Never heard of that. How do you use it, specifically?

One wrap can be bought in long strip rolls. It's hook on one side and loop on the other, allowing it to secure to itself. Like a cable tie.

Yeah sorry, I was looking at Molle straps for the esstac mags and a molle belt.

Any reason you’d say 1.75 or is it a personal preference.

Evolution. 2” came from slightly shrunk 2.25” Sam brown belts. Leather needed to be big and stiff to hold all of a cops gear. Nylon can be stiffer in a smaller package and support at least if not more weight in a smaller package.
