In the latest modcast, Jedi says he doesn't like beavertails in striker fired guns but doesn't elaborate too much on the subject. I've always liked them personally. The only thing that comes to mind is not maximizing how high you can get up on the frame. Is there something I'm missing that I should consider looking into?

Saw that he posted a Walther with the beavertail chopped/contoured.

Based on how he teaches establishing grip and where he indexes his strong-side thumb per his methodology, I'm taking an educated guess that the geometry of the Walther beavertail on the SF models might complicate his personal process on the AIWB grip/draw.

...just a guess though.
