Aimpoint with a green dot?

Curious as to why Aimpoint hadn't made a model with a green dot/reticle yet? My understanding is that green is easier for eyes to pick up , as far as where lasers were concerned anyway. Would this be true for a dot reticle also?

TJ, I would give up going from 10000 hours to 7000 hours per battery for a brighter, easier to see dot.
