9mm 147 Gr XTP+P ammunition

I have my reasons to be interested in this ammunition. I understand that a standard pressure XTP 147 has insufficient expansion and overpenetration. I also understand conceptually that +P rounds expand faster and thus often penetrate less (IE 124 Gold dots) but how much that changes is based off the interaction of velocity/target material as well as bullet construction.

So 147 XTP+P terminal effects, on intermediate barriers?

Do I need to be worried about overpenetration with this round in +P configuration?

The XTP is a very accurate bullet in service calibers, but it is an older design that often fails to expand in real world shooting incidents. There are better bullets available these days.
