Iirc, 55 grain ballistic tips are on the approved list for LE. Any data/experience with 50's?
I'm still a rifle noob, but I'll be taking classes soon. My use would be apartment defense (2nd story, 1 shared wall), perimeter defense, and when I get comfortable enough maybe trunk gun. (If it comes out in public, there are always more people who don't need a bullet than those who do).
I'm mainly asking right now because Palmetto State Armory has AE 223 on sale for $5.89/box.
