+1 for the recommendation on the Dead Air Sandman S. I have probably Close to 5k Rounds on my Sandman S and it has been a dream. It has good enough suppression that I can shoot it without earpro if I want, but is super versatile. I have shot .300 Win though the can, 30.06, .308 and tons of 5.56. I think it really shines as a one stop shop can, which is why I bought it.
Only thing I would say i dont love is the fact where I bought it from only had the muzzle brake available, on my 10.5'' rifle I dont really want a brake so I had to search around for the flash hider. No complaints Otherwise
