Immediate Action Concepts LLC Intermediate Carbine Day Two, Bend Oregon

Intermediate Carbine Day Two is a continuation of Intermediate Carbine Day One, and is a defensive/ tactical based, course. The progressive nature of the curriculum, along with constant assessment (by the instructor), ensures a smooth skills progression and challenging day with coached feedback and in depth explanations into the reasoning behind the techniques.
Safety brief and safe gun handling procedures and techniques
Basic skills of shooting
Overview of Carbine, controls, features and maintenance
Gear selection and management, including sling use
Reloads, bolt lock and tactical
Stoppages and malfunctions
Multiple target transitions
Shooting while moving
Zeroing procedures and external ballistics
Unsupported shooting positions
Supported shooting positions
Shooting from non-dominant side
Strong and weak hand only carbine operation
Carbine to Handgun Transitions (Day Two only)
Culmination drills and Standards
Speed and progression of training will depend on the number of students and their skill level though the basis of the course will always remain the same.
Ammunition: 500 rounds Carbine, 50 rounds Handgun, minimum
