Over 18 years of military Special Forces experience. -Assaulter in a Special Operations Unit that operated as an In-Extremis Force, specializing in Counter-Terrorism and as a Quick Reaction Force. -Instructor for the Special Forces Advanced Urban Combat (SFAUC) Course, teaching Advanced Marksmanship and Close Quarters Combat (CQC). -Anti-Terrorism Detachment Instructor for Individual Terrorism Awareness Courses and Course Manager for the only Department of Defense Antiterrorism Instructor Qualification Course. Taught reaction to terrorist assaults, hostage survival, survival shooting, detecting surveillance, antiterrorism driving, surveys, Vulnerability and Threat assessments. Numerous overseas contracts in high threat environments & combat zones. - Protective Security Specialist for the US Department of State that Provided close protection for designated personnel including US Ambassadors, Senators and numerous Diplomats & Dignitaries. - Primary instructor/mentor for the Counter Terrorist Special Operations Force (CTSOF) Iraq. Responsible for the Crises Response Training of the Iraqi Emergency Response Unit (ERU). Instructed ERU members in advanced pistol, rifle and Close Quarters Combat. -US Government, Operated in small unit Special Operations teams that provided security & close protection in support of US Government operations. Completed over 30 firearms courses to include the Rogers Shooting Course (Advance pistol rating), NRA’s Law Enforcement Tactical Shooting Instructor Course and the Firearms Instructor Training Program (FITP) at FLETC. Current Master class rating in IDPA and USPSA. Worked as an instructor with several training companies.
